Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. However, we can also ship UPS upon request.
Shipping Time: USPS Priority Mail usually only takes 2-3 business days for delivery. It may take longer during the peak season of Christmas. We will ship all orders within one week or by the end of one week. Our goal is to have the product in your hands to enjoy in one week of ordering.
Shipping Fees: USPS Priority mail rates are based on distance and weight. To keep things simple, we have developed a shipping fee chart based on our average shipping costs in the past.

Insurance: This is optional. For purchases up to $50.00, the fee is $1.35. For purchases up to $100.00 the fee is $2.30.
Returns: Our Customer Service Policy is simple. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. All items can be returned for 100% guaranteed satisfaction. Return shipping will be reimbursed if the mistake is our fault. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure its quality. Please contact us if there is a problem.
Pricing: In the event that a Details Personalized Gifts product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Details Personalized Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Details Personalized Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Details Personalized Gifts shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
